Project Background:
Shimao Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Center is located in the eastern CBD of Longgang District, Shenzhen, adjacent to the Universiade Center Stadium. As a planned urban complex project, in the future, it will become a model of urban commercial operation integrating wisdom, ecology, sports, commerce, commerce, residence, and culture. The Shimao Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Center Exhibition Hall, as an important position for brand investment, takes into account the functions of planning and display, commercial marketing, art exhibitions, cultural activities, etc. The architectural design of the exhibition hall was personally designed by the founder of SUNDesign, Mr. Hongtao Sun, and Shanghai Crystal Stone was invited. Create a number of exhibition design projects for the exhibition hall, including space design, immersive theater, and digital film. The exhibition hall will be the first business card of Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Center to the public, conveying Shimao Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Center's determination and confidence to inject new vitality into the urban area and become a new benchmark.
Highlights
Focusing on SCC's "Shenzhen New" strategy, we launched a "New Life" promotional video. We use "white and elegant contour line new students" as the creative super symbol, which grows and changes in layers, implying the theme of a renewed future. The dancing white lines are like a smart and elegant dancer, telling the audience the infinite possibilities that SCC brings to the Bay Area. Different from traditional real estate promotional videos, we adopted a new narrative method this time-through anthropomorphic narration, we gave SCC an attitude and connotation, giving the project a strong voice as Shimao's ace project.
The 270° immersive theatre creates an immersive brand perception space. We enable SCC with connotation with video art. It is no longer an imagination to empower the city by real estate. The future is here. It seems like the real experience of being in it, bringing the ideal life close to our eyes.
